At Metropolitan Hospital, in our ongoing commitment to improving services, we have implemented an Electronic Waiting Management System in our Outpatient Clinics. By participating, you can significantly reduce your on-site waiting time and receive notifications when it’s your turn without needing to remain in the waiting area.
Simply provide your mobile phone number at the Reception Desk and wait for a notification on your phone, on tablets available for your use, or on the screens located throughout Metropolitan Hospital. Once notified, you can proceed directly to your appointment without any delay.
Our Outpatient Clinics cover all medical specialties and primarily operate by scheduled appointments, Monday through Friday.
