My dear Doctor,
Almost two months have passed since the posterior revision spinal fusion surgery you performed on me, and I am now reaching out in writing to once again express my profound gratitude for all you have done for me.
I came to you suffering from severe degeneration of the lumbar spine, in intense pain, and thanks to your help, your exceptional medical expertise, and most of all your character, I am now well, walking, and everything feels like a distant bad memory.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you for everything you have done — not only as a physician but also as a human being — through which I have regained my strength and well-being. I also kindly ask that you convey my warmest thanks and deep appreciation to your entire team, especially to the nursing staff of the fifth floor and Head Nurse Ms. Lygeri Tsakiri, without whose support and assistance none of this would have been the same.
I sincerely thank you all, and I pray that God keeps you well so that you may continue to carry out your work with the same excellence — work that brings honor to the hospital where you serve and to the entire medical community.
With sincere appreciation and gratitude.
