Angeliki Vasiliki Pavlou is an Otorhinolaryngologist – Head and Neck Surgeon, Consultant at Metropolitan Hospital.
She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2015 and completed her residency in the ENT Department of the General Hospital of Athens “G. Gennimatas”.
She currently holds the position of Consultant at Metropolitan Hospital, performing dozens of surgeries annually. Her previous professional experience includes:
- Residency in Otorhinolaryngology, Plastic Surgery, and Neurosurgery at the General Hospital of Athens “G. Gennimatas” (2018–2023).
- Residency in General Surgery at the General Hospital “Elpis” (2017–2018).
- Completion of a 15-month rural service in a remote health center in Arcadia, working at the Panarkadiko Hospital of Tripoli and the Health Center of Megalopolis (2016–2017).
Her main scientific interests include disorders of the nose and paranasal sinuses, ear, salivary glands, thyroid and parathyroid glands, as well as head and neck oncology.
She actively participates in national and international conferences and workshops, keeping up to date with the latest advances in fields such as endoscopic nasal surgery, temporal bone dissection, and neck surgery. In addition, she has been involved in volunteer medical missions in Greece and abroad, aiming to provide healthcare to vulnerable populations.
Through continuous scientific training and extensive surgical experience, Dr. Pavlou offers comprehensive care with respect to each patient’s individual needs, applying the most modern therapeutic methods.
