We welcome caregivers and visitors to our hospital and we understand how important it is for you to be close to your loved ones. For your convenience and the safety of our patients, we kindly ask you to follow the guidelines below.
Visiting hours and restrictions
Visiting hours are determined based on patient needs and prevailing health conditions. They are as follows but may be subject to change. Please consult the nursing staff for the most up-to-date information.
Nursing Floors: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. & 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m
Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Daily from 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. & 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m
Maximum number of visitors per patient: 2 people at a time.
Information is provided daily by the ICU director, and communication is available 24/7.
Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU): Daily from 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m
Hygiene & Safety rules
To protect patients, staff, and visitors:
- Do not visit the hospital if you have symptoms such as cough, fever, or a cold.
- Wash and sanitize your hands before and after your visit.
- Avoid contact with medical equipment or the patient’s personal belongings.
- The use of a face mask or other infection prevention measures may be mandatory.
Special instructions for entering the ICU or other sensitive units
Please ring the bell and wait for instructions from the staff. Before entering the ICU, all visitors are required to wear the provided disposable gowns and use hand sanitizer (available at the entrance). Use the alcohol-based hand sanitizer before and after your visit, located in the ICU area.
Instructions for the patient’s relatives
Loved ones play an important role in the healing process and the quick recovery of the patient, which is why your presence is always valuable and welcome.
For everyone's safety and orderly hospitalization, we kindly ask you to limit the number of visitors (no more than one visitor per patient should be in the room at the same time) and keep your stay brief. Please note that overnight stay by an attendant inside the patient room is permitted upon prior arrangement.
For patients' peace and quiet, as well as protection against potential infections in mind, we recommend avoiding the entry of children under 14 years of age into the inpatient rooms.
If the patient wishes so, visits and/or phone calls can be restricted by informing the Head Nurse or the Floor Reception, accordingly.
As peace and quiet are key factors for a faster recovery, we thank you in advance for helping maintain a quiet environment for the patients sharing the same room with your loved one, in case of a multi-bed room.
At the same time, we warmly thank you for your cooperation in maintaining quiet hours, especially when your relative is not in a private room.
During medical rounds, nursing procedures, as well as in cases where protective measures or rest are required, we kindly ask you to temporarily step out into the floor lounge, as visitors are not allowed to remain in the room.
To protect the health of all patients, we kindly ask you to postpone your visit if you feel unwell, have a cold, or may have any other possible contagious illness.
Information regarding the hospitalization and the condition of patients is provided by the attending physicians solely upon the patients' own request.
